A dynamic and visionary leader, RJ Vaibhavi (Vaibhavi Shah) brings passion, voice, and purpose to the forefront of the media landscape. As the State President of The Bhartiya Super Women – Gujarat, she represents the power of storytelling, influence, and empowerment in today’s digital age.

Beginning her journey as an anchor at just 18, Vaibhavi’s career has flourished across continents. She gained prominence as a celebrated Radio Jockey with Radio Brisvaani (Australia) and Red FM (India), becoming the Youngest Radio Jockey Awardee.

She is the Founder of Tussiwee Influencer Marketing, an empowering initiative that encourages women to support and elevate one another through the power of influence and connection. A strong advocate for women’s empowerment, Vaibhavi has consistently used her platform to amplify women’s voices and inspire bold leadership.

Over the years, she has hosted and interviewed celebrated artists such as Shilpa Rao and Jubin Nautiyal, and shared the stage with notable dignitaries including Palak Muchhal, Gujarat Home Minister Harsh Sanghavi, and Railway Minister Darshan Jardosh.
